DHA Registered Nurse

We are seeking a DHAlicensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong emphasis on diagnostic screenings as the foundation of patient care. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in integrating functional medicine regenerative therapies and wellnessfocused treatments to assist in managing and treating chronic diseases. This role requires a holistic patientcentered approach to health management ensuring comprehensive evidencebased and personalized nursing care with a strong focus on preventive care and patient education.Key Responsibilities:1. Diagnostic Screenings & Preventive Nursing CareConduct comprehensive diagnostic screenings including vital signs monitoring metabolic assessments and blood sample collection.Assist in evaluating patient health history lifestyle factors and risk assessments for chronic disease prevention.Collaborate with physicians to develop customized wellness and preventive care plans.Utilize evidencebased nursing interventions to support early disease detection and overall patient wellbeing.2. Functional & Regenerative Medicine SupportAssist in administering and monitoring functional and regenerative therapies.Educate patients on holistic health strategies aligned with functional and regenerative medicine principles.Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust care protocols in collaboration with the medical team.3. Chronic Disease Management & Holistic Nursing CareSupport physicians in managing patients with chronic conditions.Provide patientcentered nursing interventions to promote healing recovery and disease prevention.Work closely with clinical practitioners to provide integrated multidisciplinary care.4. Patient Education & Lifestyle CoachingEducate patients on preventive care disease management and holistic health practices.Guide nutrition hydration sleep hygiene stress management and exercise.Support patient adherence to treatment plans by offering counseling and motivational coaching.Assist in conducting patient workshops wellness seminars and educational programs on functional medicine.5. Compliance Medical Ethics & Clinical StandardsEnsure full compliance with DHA regulations infection control protocols and ethical nursing standards.Maintain accurate and uptodate electronic medical records (EMR) including patient assessments treatments and progress tracking.Adhere to sterile techniques and safety protocols in all patient care procedures.Participate in continuing medical education (CME) programs to stay updated on emerging nursing practices in functional and regenerative medicine.6. Collaborative & Multidisciplinary Team ApproachWork closely with physicians and practitioners to ensure comprehensive patient care.Participate in clinical case discussions and contribute to the development of nursing care protocols.Engage in team training mentorship and interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient safety and clinical efficiency.RequirementsBachelor s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution. DHAlicensed or DHAeligible as a Registered Nurse in Dubai.Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with a strong background in preventive care chronic disease management and integrative medicine.Additional certifications in functional medicine regenerative medicine IV therapy or integrative nursing (e.g. IFM A4M IVNT or similar) are preferred.Expertise in diagnostic screenings patient education and holistic nursing interventions.Strong knowledge of functional and regenerative therapies including IV protocols and cellular therapies.Background in Functional Medicine or working experience in Fertility Clinic is highly preferredExcellent communication interpersonal and patient care skills.Key Competencies: PatientCentered Approach: Compassionate personalized nursing care that addresses both physical and emotional patient needs.Clinical & Diagnostic Skills: Strong proficiency in diagnostic screenings IV therapy and regenerative medicine techniques.Functional & Preventive Nursing Expertise: Understanding of holistic and evidencebased nursing interventions.Collaboration & Multidisciplinary Coordination: Ability to work within a healthcare team to provide integrated treatment plans.Compliance & Ethics: Commitment to DHA regulations infection control and medical best practices.Continuous Learning: Passion for staying updated on advancements in functional medicine integrative therapies and longevity science.
