Job Description As a Sales Executive for Johnson Controls HVAC / IAQ Product range, your role will involve generating sales opportunities in the assigned region and across segments such as Commercial, Hospitality, and Health Care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Generating sales opportunities in the assigned region and segments.
- Achieving the allotted AOP / Sales Target for the region.
- Providing accurate forecasts for the month, quarter, and year.
- Managing and forecasting the Sales Pipeline.
- Developing and delivering sales presentations to explain key technical aspects of JC products.
- Negotiating offer and contract terms, seeking appropriate approvals.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and suggesting improvements for improved profitability.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with channel partners, end-users, consultants, contractors, architects, etc.
- Researching the industry/market for competitive intelligence on an ongoing basis.
- Analyzing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for all company products and services.
Qualifications required for this role:
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies for HVAC / IAQ products.
- Market-connect in Hyderabad region with leading HVAC consultants & contractors.
- Excellent techno-commercial negotiation skills.
- Ability to interface and influence other parts of the organization.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English language.
- Proactive with the ability to flourish with minimal guidance.
- Strong networking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
