DevOps Engineer

CASABOT is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to build, secure, automate, and scale the infrastructure behind our products and platforms. This role is for someone who is strong in cloud infrastructure, security, containers, Kubernetes, databases, and operational reliability, and who can embed security thinking into every stage of delivery.You will be responsible for designing and managing secure, scalable, and resilient environments across development, staging, and production. The ideal candidate combines hands-on infrastructure engineering with strong operational discipline and a proactive security mindset.Role OverviewAs a DevSecOps Engineer at CASABOT, you will lead the implementation of secure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD enablement, container orchestration, system hardening, backup strategies, scaling policies, and platform observability. You should be comfortable working across AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux administration, MongoDB, and event-driven infrastructure such as Kafka.This role is critical to ensuring that CASABOT systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and production-ready.RequirementsMLops / Bedrock3+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability EngineeringStrong hands-on experience with AWSSolid experience with containers and DockerStrong practical experience with KubernetesExperience with Terraform and infrastructure as codeStrong background in Linux administrationExperience implementing infrastructure and platform security controlsExperience setting up or managing KafkaExperience with MongoDB operations, backups, and performance managementExperience designing and maintaining database backup and restore strategiesKnowledge of auto-scaling, load handling, and production reliability practicesStrong understanding of networking, access control, secrets management, and system hardeningExperience troubleshooting production infrastructure and distributed systemsFamiliarity with logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworksStrong documentation and incident response disciplineGood communication skills and ability to work closely with engineering teamsExperience with DevSecOps practices in fast-moving product environmentsFamiliarity with vulnerability scanning, container scanning, and cloud security monitoringSkills ListAWSSecurityDockerKafkaMongoDBTerraformInfrastructure as CodeDatabase BackupsAuto-scalingMonitoring and LoggingDevSecOps PracticesDegreeBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldEquivalent hands-on experience is also acceptable#J-18808-Ljbffr
