The Allsopp & Allsopp Dubai Property July 2025 Market Snapshot is now availableRead the reportDeveloper Sales ConsultantDubaiDubai / Full time / OnsiteDeveloper Sales Consultants deal with off plan property purchases and adhere to the company's policies and goals.Salary Range: 50% CommissionYour Role:Common tasks involved and typical work activities tend to include:Collecting information about off plan properties and new developments and arranging for the appropriate marketingmaterial to be createdKeeping up to date with the rules, regulations and current pricing yields (price per square foot or metre etc.) within DubaiConfident and clear communication with sellers, buyers and tenants as well as banks and other financial institutionsCreating and attending off plan property valuationsCreating and attending off plan property viewingsNegotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stageRegular care calls to all clients following up after each viewingKeeping up to date with market trends in the local developer property marketAbout You:Off plan, Commercial or Residential real estate sales and or rental experience in the UAE and UK preferablyRERA certified (We will assist with this if you do not have this)Positive and hard working attitudeExcellent written and communication skills in EnglishFluency in second language advantageousPresentable, professional and honestSmart business dress is required at all timesOur team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standardsYou should be punctual and contribute to the development of the companyAn excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team playerUAE driving license and own vehicle (we can arrange a hire car or company vehicle at your expense)#J-18808-Ljbffr
