Yalla! let's do thisAs a Tapster you will:Attend technical inquiries from customers on Live Chat, Email & TelephoneTroubleshoot technical issues via online meetingAnalyze requirements of merchants and coordinate with their development team for product integrationBuild, enhance and maintain on a progressive basis all technical documentationProvide gateway and feature functionality training as required to merchants and partnersProvide technical product support and help resolve merchant account or gateway issuesCoordinate between customer care, sales and technical team for product integrationsOrganise training sessions regarding developments in productUnderstand the payment domain within the local, regional and global marketsWork with engineers across the company to build new features at large-scaleScope projects, build business cases and assist with the integration of our products and other platformsImprove engineering standards, tooling, and processesCarry out other duties, as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the role.What you will bring to the party:1-2 years of role-specific experience in Financial Services/Fintech/High-Growth StartupsPreferred degree, but real-world experience is also accepted.Ability to establish credibility and internal relationshipsUnderstanding of client/merchant/stakeholder careAwareness of how your role supports the businessEnthusiasm for working in a growing fintechAbility to work in a team and follow daily tasksSkills and knowledge to actively participate in meetingsAbility to deliver work on timeProblem-solving and quick-thinking skillsAbility to organize information and ask relevant questionsStrong communication skills in English, with a preference for Arabic language abilityAre you ready to shape the future of payments in MENA?#J-18808-Ljbffr
