Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations for end users.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first level and second-level technical support to end usersProvide user desktop support for Windows, Microsoft office, emails, and other software issues.Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripheralsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issuesSupport operating systems such as Microsoft Windows.Manage user accounts and permissions in Active DirectoryConfigure and support email clients such as Microsoft OutlookProvide support for collaboration tools like Microsoft TeamsInstall and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft 365Maintain IT asset inventory and documentationEscalate unresolved issues to appropriate teamsEnsure compliance with IT policies and security standardsPerform routine checks on system updates, patches, and backupsSupport for HO and remote branches support for networking, cabling, telephone and other IT requirements.Implementation, maintenance and support for all telephone and related systems for the company.Desktop and laptops support for hardware issues.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field5 years of experience in desktop / IT supportStrong knowledge of Windows OS installation and troubleshootingBasic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Experience with ticketing systems and remote support toolsGood understanding of hardware components and troubleshootingStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
