Design/UX Designer

Job Description As a UX/UI Designer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on a suite of products catering to various industries such as oil & gas, logistics, and other business sectors. Our products are available on web, desktop, and mobile platforms, serving a large user base. You will be part of a supportive team that values User Experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design UX/UI for product features. - Apply design system components consistently. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets. - Participate in usability testing and synthesize user feedback. - Collaborate with engineers and product managers in daily workflows. - Contribute to design reviews and team critiques. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design. - Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems. - Strong foundation in interaction design and visual design. - Evidence of shipping designs in production applications. - Collaborative mindset, with openness to feedback and iteration. - Fluent in English. **Nice to have:** - Experience in designing for enterprise applications. - Exposure to research practices and usability methods. This job position also requires proficiency in English at a C1 Advanced level. This role is for individuals at a Regular seniority level.
