The roleinvolves translating design concepts and sketches into accurate 2D and 3Ddrawings, ensuring they meet project requirements and local authoritystandards.The Draftsman will work closely with architects, engineers, and projectmanagers to ensure timely and precise delivery of design packages forconstruction, tender, and authority submission.Key Responsibilities1. TechnicalDrafting & DocumentationPrepare detailedarchitectural, infrastructure, structural, and landscape drawings usingAutoCAD and other CAD tools.Develop and update plans,sections, elevations, details, and shop drawings as required.Convert concept designsand sketches into accurate technical drawings.Create presentationdrawings and illustrative diagrams when needed.Coordinate witharchitects, landscape designers, MEP, infrastructure, and structuralengineers to ensure drawing integration.Modify and updatedrawings based on feedback and markups from the design team orauthorities.Assist in preparingdrawings for authority submissions, ensuring compliance with local codesand standards (e.g., ADM, DMT, etc.).3. QualityAssurance & Standards ComplianceEnsure that all drawingsadhere to company CAD standards, project specifications, and accuracychecks.Maintain drawing records,proper version control, and drawing logs.Cross-check dimensions,levels, and annotations for clarity and consistency.4. ProjectSupportAssist in the preparationof tender and construction drawing packages.Support site teams withas-built drawings, drawing clarifications, and revisions.Provide input duringdesign coordination meetings and technical workshops.Qualifications& RequirementsDiploma or Certificate inDrafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Fresher and/or 3 years ofexperience as a Draftsman in an architectural, landscape, infrastructure orengineering consultancy.AutoCAD (advanced level)Microsoft Office and PDFmark-up toolsGood knowledge of UAEauthority standards and requirements.Ability to work underpressure and manage deadlines effectively.Strong attention todetail, technical accuracy, and organizational skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
