Job Description: Experience Design Specialist 5 Roles Open) Role Overview:Seeking highly skilled professionals to join our Experience Design team with roles open for Senior Associate and Manager levels. As part of this dynamic team you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional user experiences blending UX and UI expertise to enhance customer journeys for a banking end client. Candidates with Financial Services (FS) experience particularly within banking are highly preferred. Proficiency in Arabic is a bonus. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver endtoend customer journeys ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences across digital touchpoints.Conduct user research including interviews surveys and usability testing to inform design decisions.Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.Translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.Use datadriven insights to continuously improve user experiences optimizing for usability accessibility and engagement.Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the development of design systems and standards.Manage and mentor junior team members (for Manager/Senior Manager roles) fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.Expertise in tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar design software.Strong understanding of design thinking usercentered design principles and customer journey mapping.Experience working on digital projects within the Financial Services (FS) sector with banking experience being highly preferred.Ability to balance business objectives with user needs to drive impactful designs.Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to nondesign stakeholders.Proficiency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.Leadership experience and ability to guide teams (for Manager/Senior Manager roles).Vertical Technology Key Skills CSS,InVision,HTML5,Ux,Usability,Wireframing,Fireworks,UI,Adobe Photoshop,Adobe Illustrator,Responsive Web Design,Sketch Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
