Design Manager

<div><p>We are hiring a highly experienced<b>Design Manager</b>based in Abu Dhabi to lead the design and development of Service Station in the oil and gas sector.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the design and development of service station projects from concept to completion</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry codes</li><li>Review and approve design drawings, layouts, and technical specifications</li><li>Optimize site layouts, forecourt design, and traffic flow efficiency</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables</li><li>Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues</li><li>Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities for approvals</li><li>Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the design process</li><li>Support value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field (minimum four-year program)</li><li>20 years of overall professional experience</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE (mandatory)</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in design development and permitting projects</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience working with Abu Dhabi authorities, including handling submissions and approvals</li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written)</li><li>Holds a valid UAE driving license</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
