This role is suited for a proactive professional who isdeeply involved in design development, consultant coordination, and keytechnical decisions rather than acting as a purely administrative interface.Operating in a fast-paced and collaborativeenvironment , the Design Manager will ensure design solutions align with thedeveloper’s commercial objectives, brand vision, budget, and constructionrequirements, while actively managing risks, changes, and design quality acrossall stages.Key Responsibilities:Manage andcoordinate all design activities across concept, schematic, detailed design,and implementationAppoint, manage,and coordinate external consultants (architects, engineers, master planners,interior designers)Ensure designsolutions meet commercial, functional, aesthetic, and cost objectivesReview andapprove design deliverables, drawings, and specificationsCoordinate withinternal teams (Development, Commercial, Construction, Sales & Marketing)Ensure compliancewith UAE authorities, codes, regulations, and approval processesManage designchanges, value engineering, and risk mitigationSupporttendering, contractor clarifications, and construction phase design queriesMonitor designschedules and ensure timely delivery of milestonesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, orrelated field8+ years of experience in design management withinreal estate development or consultancyStrong experience in residential, mixed-use, orhospitality developmentsSolid understanding of UAE regulations and authorityapproval processesExperience working with international consultantsStrong coordination, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skillsProficiency in design review and project documentationRussian or Arabic language is an advantageOpportunity to join a growing development company withambitious expansion plans.Strategic leadership role with high impact on companyperformance.Competitive compensation package aligned with UAEmarket standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
