Design Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Design Manager (Architecture) with strong expertise in fit-out and hospital projects to lead and coordinate all architectural design activities within our contracting company. The ideal candidate will ensure design compliance, manage consultants, and support project execution from concept through completion while meeting quality, budget, and timeline requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage architectural design coordination for fit-out and healthcare projects.Review and validate design drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance with project requirements and local regulations.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve design conflicts and technical issues.Ensure designs comply with healthcare regulations, authority approvals, and hospital standards.Oversee material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.Manage design changes and value engineering processes.Support tendering team with technical clarifications and design inputs.Attend client meetings and provide technical presentations when required.Monitor design progress to ensure timely project delivery.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design and coordination.Proven experience in fit-out and hospital/healthcare projects within a contracting company.Strong knowledge of healthcare design standards and authority approval processes.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design coordination tools.Excellent understanding of construction detailing and site execution.Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working on large-scale hospital projects.Knowledge of international healthcare design standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
