Design & Fabrication Engineer / Production Engineer

Guided by our principle, “Go as far as you can see, and when you get there, you'll see further,” we remain a trusted partner for comprehensive construction needs.Areas of ResponsibilityDesign metal components and assemblies using SolidWorks and other CAD/CAM software.Prepare detailed fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and CNC cutting files.Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) and perform material take-offs for projects.Production & Operations:Operate and coordinate CNC laser cutting, pipe cutting, and bending machines.Supervise welding and fabrication activities to ensure proper execution.Monitor machine utilization and coordinate maintenance when required.Quality Control:Ensure all fabricated products meet required quality standards.Conduct regular inspections and verify dimensions and tolerances before dispatch.Planning & CoordinationPlan and manage manpower allocation based on production priorities.Coordinate with design and production teams from concept to final delivery.Troubleshoot design and fabrication issues during production stages.Material & Inventory ManagementMonitor and control material consumption as per project requirements.Prepare and maintain accurate stock reports for raw materials and finished goods.Process ImprovementOptimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Ensure proper utilization of resources and adherence to timelines.Safety & ComplianceFollow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.QualificationsProficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD softwareKnowledge of CNC machines (laser cutting, bending, pipe cutting)Experience in metal fabrication and welding processesStrong understanding of technical drawings and tolerancesGood planning, coordination, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with BOM preparation and inventory tracking#J-18808-Ljbffr
