Job Description

Job Description Role Overview: You will be responsible for packaging EE components in accordance with vehicle architecture and surroundings. This includes identifying EE change parts list to meet feature list requirements for a project. You will need to understand feature lists, variant or Personas matrix understanding, impact on ECUs, change part list preparation, and understanding vehicle aggregates modules creation for System and Sub System such as infotainment system, ADAS System, Cluster, and Engine management System. Additionally, you will support in generating vehicle electrical integration requirements and ensuring BOM and Spec Freeze as per feature list. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting & leading DMU review, feedback, suggestions for issue resolution, and coordination with Designers. - Feasibility check of packaging E&E aggregate within the styling theme. - Participation in packaging/styling review meetings. - Creating space claim models for New or Carryover modified parts. - Designing plastic metal/plastic brackets as per component packaging. Qualifications Required: - Solid understanding of vehicle architecture and surroundings for packaging EE components. - Experience in identifying and preparing change parts list to meet feature list requirements. - Proficiency in BOM matrix creation for all trim levels based on the latest versions of feature lists for EE aggregates. - Ability to conduct DMU reviews, provide feedback, suggestions, and coordinate with Designers. - Knowledge of feasibility checking of packaging E&E aggregate within styling theme. - Experience in designing plastic metal/plastic brackets as per component packaging.
