OverviewJob Code: 221/002/998Industry: Water TreatmentJob Brief: We are seeking a skilled Design Electrical Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The role involves designing, preparing, and reviewing electrical technical submittals, test forms, and documentation while coordinating closely with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in water/wastewater treatment or a similar industrial application and possess strong technical and organizational skills.ResponsibilitiesDesign and prepare electrical technical submittals, including but not limited to: Single Line Diagrams, schematic diagrams for panels (MCC, MDB, SMDB, DB, etc.), BOQs, cable sizing, cable lists, load schedules, layouts, lighting and small power, earthing & lightning systems, and electrical shop drawings.Prepare all electrical test forms, including but not limited to: FAT, SAT, Megger Test, Continuity and Loop Test, Functional Test, Earthing Test, etc.Prepare the electrical section of the Operation and Maintenance Manual (OMM).Coordinate with process, mechanical, instrumentation, automation, and drafting teams in preparing electrical designs.Support the Proposal, Production, and Operation teams with technical expertise.Send RFQs to suppliers for electrical work, follow up on coordination, negotiations, and attend technical meetings.Preferable to have experience in water/wastewater projects or other industrial applications dealing with similar systems.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.3–5 years of experience in electrical design engineering, preferably in the water treatment or industrial sector.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, design, and testing procedures.Proficiency in preparing technical submittals, drawings, and documentation.Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
