Here our team seamlessly integrates Architecture Structures MEP Landscape Interiors and Supervision to deliver innovative value-driven real estate assets.As a Concept Architect (Taskforce) reporting to the Head of Concepts and working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards Offices in Dubai you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects spanning residential hospitality commercial and other upcoming developments by Azizi Developments.Responsibilities includeDevelop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings.Utilize 3ds Max and other rendering software to create high-quality visualizations of interior and exterior spaces.Prepare design presentations mood boards and visual storytelling to effectively communicate ideas.Conduct research on materials finishes and construction techniques to ensure designs are both innovative and feasible.Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.Stay updated on industry trends technologies and best practices in 3D modeling and architectural rendering.Proven experience as a Design Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and rendering work.Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max V-Ray or similar rendering software.Strong knowledge of architectural principles spatial design and construction techniques.Proficiency in other design tools such as AutoCAD SketchUp or Revit is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Heres what youll needBachelors or Masters degree in Architecture Design or a related fieldShould have minimum of 5 years experience in UAEExperience in Design Visualization and familiar with local authorities guidelinesMust have experience using REVIT BIM 3ds Max V-Ray and Corona#J-18808-Ljbffr
