Design Architect 0-3 years experience

We're looking for the next up and coming design architect who is fully proficient in Revit, Rhino and Enscape, Lumion and/or Twin Motion. The requirement is for a Design Architect less than 3 years who has graduated from a top University and is predominantly front-end design. That means we'd love to see your creative flair demonstrated within the body of your portfolio, take us on a journey of how you go about breathing live into your design to make it a viable, achievable design.We're looking for people who are RIBA Part II or equivalent who have experience working on large scale, residential high-rise towers so again, please make sure this experience is evident throughout your portfolio.ResponsibilitiesPreparing, developing and editing models, images and other design related documents under the supervision of the project leader.Develop designs, where required and variations of the design to present to the client.Assist with client liaison in conjunction with other team members to establish style, cost limitations, etc.RequirementsBachelors in ArchitectureGraduated from a top UniversityLegally able to work in UAE.Evidence of a good design understanding e.g. a good design portfolio.Ability to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of a design project.A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and commitment to independent, lifelong learning.Excellent organisational skills.Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks and in response to direction or instruction.Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team, assisting and supporting team members.Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally.Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently and effectively.Evidence of the ability to understand design decisions taken by others.Must be able to use both Adobe, Rhino and Enscape as a minimum and Blender, Unreal Engine and Revit would be advantageous.BenefitsNegotiable salaryFlightsChance to work with a well-known industry leader#J-18808-Ljbffr
