As part of a strategic build-out, the firm is establishing a best-in-class Compliance function and is seeking both a<strong>Deputy Head of Compliance</strong>and a<strong>Compliance Manager</strong>to support this journey.</p><p>These are hands-on roles suited to experienced generalist compliance professionals who can operate across advisory, monitoring, and regulatory engagement within a dynamic and evolving environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Regulatory&Advisory</strong></p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day compliance advisory across the business, including product, operations, and technology teams</li><li>Interpret and implement regulatory requirements under<strong>FSRA</strong>and<strong>CBUAE</strong>frameworks</li><li>Support the development and launch of new products in line with applicable regulations</li></ul><p><strong>Framework Development</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in building and enhancing the Compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and controls</li><li>Ensure alignment with UAE regulatory expectations and international best practices</li><li>Contribute to the ongoing development of a scalable compliance infrastructure</li></ul><p><strong>Monitoring&Testing</strong></p><ul><li>Design and execute Compliance Monitoring Programmes (CMP)</li><li>Conduct thematic reviews and control testing across key risk areas</li><li>Track and report on remediation actions</li></ul><p><strong>Regulatory Engagement</strong></p><ul><li>Support interactions with regulators, including<strong>FSRA</strong>and<strong>CBUAE</strong></li><li>Assist in regulatory filings, reporting, and ongoing supervisory requirements</li></ul><p><strong>Governance&Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare management information (MI) and reports for senior management and governance committees</li><li>Escalate key compliance risks and issues in a timely manner</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
