As part of a strategic build‑out, the firm is establishing a best‑in‑class Compliance function and is seeking both a<b>Deputy Head of Compliance</b>and a<b>Compliance Manager</b>to support this journey.</p><p>These are hands‑on roles suited to experienced generalist compliance professionals who can operate across advisory, monitoring, and regulatory engagement within a dynamic and evolving environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Regulatory&Advisory</h3><ul><li>Provide day‑to‑day compliance advisory across the business, including product, operations, and technology teams</li><l>Interpret and implement regulatory requirements under<b>FSRA</b>and<b>CBUAE</b>frameworks<li>Support the development and launch of new products in line with applicable regulations</li></l></ul><h3>Framework Development</h3><ul><li>Assist in building and enhancing the Compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and controls</li><li>Ensure alignment with UAE regulatory expectations and international best practices</li><li>Contribute to the ongoing development of a scalable compliance infrastructure</li></ul><h3>Monitoring&Testing</h3><ul><li>Design and execute Compliance Monitoring Programmes (CMP)</li><li>Conduct thematic reviews and control testing across key risk areas</li><li>Track and report on remediation actions</li></ul><h3>Regulatory Engagement</h3><ul><li>Support interactions with regulators, including<b>FSRA</b>and<b>CBUAE</b></li><li>Assist in regulatory filings, reporting, and ongoing supervisory requirements</li></ul><h3>Governance&Reporting</h3><ul><li>Prepare management information (MI) and reports for senior management and governance committees</li><li>Escalate key compliance risks and issues in a timely manner</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
