Job OverviewAs the core business partner of the country manager, responsible for collaboratively driving business development and organizational management in the country, focusing on achieving sales targets, team building, and implementing operational regulations, to ensure the effective realization of the country's overall business objectives.Main Responsibilities1. Advancement of business objectivesCollaboratively formulate and drive the implementation of annual/quarterly/monthly sales targetsFollow up on the implementation of goals of each business unit and drive the progress of key projectsParticipate in the business advancement of key customers and major projects to ensure the rhythm of sales and payment collection2. Team Management and Organization DevelopmentAssist in managing the sales team and business leaders to enhance the overall combat effectiveness of the teamPromote the implementation and continuous optimization of the Performance Management systemParticipate in the recruitment of key jobs and the construction of talent echelon, and support the improvement of organizational capabilities3. Market and Customer ManagementMaintain key customer relationships and expand core market resourcesAnalyze market dynamics and competitive environment to support business strategiesSupport the construction of the channel system and partner management4. Business Analysis and Decision SupportRegularly produce business analysis reports to identify business opportunities and risksProvide data support and strategic advice to country managers to improve decision-making quality5. Operations and Compliance ManagementEnsure that business operations comply with company policies and local laws and regulationsSupervise the execution of key business processes and control operational and compliance risksCollaborate with functions such as sales, service, finance, and human resources to drive efficient business operationsConnect with the regional headquarters to promote the implementation of various management requirements locallyJob RequirementsBachelor's degree or above, with majors in engineering or business-related fields preferredMore than 8 years of relevant work experience, with a background in the heavy machinery industry preferredHas team management experience and strong business promotion capabilitiesEnglish can be used as a working language#J-18808-Ljbffr
