<div><h3>Job Overview</h3><p>As the core business partner of the country manager, responsible for collaboratively driving business development and organizational management in the country, focusing on achieving sales targets, team building, and implementing operational regulations, to ensure the effective realization of the country's overall business objectives.</p><h3>Main Responsibilities</h3><h3>1. Advancement of business objectives</h3><ul><li>Collaboratively formulate and drive the implementation of annual/quarterly/monthly sales targets</li><li>Follow up on the implementation of goals of each business unit and drive the progress of key projects</li><li>Participate in the business advancement of key customers and major projects to ensure the rhythm of sales and payment collection</li></ul><h3>2. Team Management and Organization Development</h3><ul><li>Assist in managing the sales team and business leaders to enhance the overall combat effectiveness of the team</li><li>Promote the implementation and continuous optimization of the Performance Management system</li><li>Participate in the recruitment of key jobs and the construction of talent echelon, and support the improvement of organizational capabilities</li></ul><h3>3. Market and Customer Management</h3><ul><li>Maintain key customer relationships and expand core market resources</li><li>Analyze market dynamics and competitive environment to support business strategies</li><li>Support the construction of the channel system and partner management</li></ul><h3>4. Business Analysis and Decision Support</h3><ul><li>Regularly produce business analysis reports to identify business opportunities and risks</li><li>Provide data support and strategic advice to country managers to improve decision-making quality</li></ul><h3>5. Operations and Compliance Management</h3><ul><li>Ensure that business operations comply with company policies and local laws and regulations</li><li>Supervise the execution of key business processes and control operational and compliance risks</li><li>Collaborate with functions such as sales, service, finance, and human resources to drive efficient business operations</li><li>Connect with the regional headquarters to promote the implementation of various management requirements locally</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in engineering or business-related fields preferred</li><li>More than 8 years of relevant work experience, with a background in the heavy machinery industry preferred</li><li>Has team management experience and strong business promotion capabilities</li><li>English can be used as a working language</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
