About the job Dental AssistantJob Title:Dental AssistantLocation:Abu DhabiKey Responsibilities:Assist the dentist during dental examinations and procedures (chair-side assistance).Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before and after procedures.Sterilize and maintain dental instruments in accordance with infection control protocols.Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout procedures.Take and develop dental X-rays (if licensed and authorized).Mix dental materials (cements, fillings, impression materials) as required.Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories.Schedule appointments and manage patient flow when required.Provide post‑operative care instructions to patients.Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and clinic policies.Maintain inventory and order dental supplies as needed.Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelors of Nursing or Diploma or Certificate in Dental Assisting.Valid DHA / DOH License or Eligibility (as applicable).Proven experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques.Good communication and interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
