The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a professional attitude.The primary responsibility of the Dental Assistant is to provide support to the dentist and ensure smooth operations in the dental clinic. This includes preparing examination rooms, sterilizing equipment, assisting the dentist during procedures, maintaining patient records and taking x-rays. The Dental Assistant will also be responsible for providing patient education on oral hygiene techniques and proper diet plans. Additionally, this position may involve administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, billing clients and keeping inventory of medical supplies.The successful candidate must have an understanding of dental instruments, tools and equipment as well as excellent organizational skills to ensure efficient clinic operations.
