We are looking for a passionate and skilled Demi Chef de Partie Grill to join our clients culinary team at a highend Mediterranean restaurant. Youll be responsible for preparing and executing perfectly grilled dishes using the finest ingredients staying true to the authentic flavors of the Mediterranean region.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook grilled meats seafood and vegetables to perfectionMaintain high standards of food presentation and hygieneAssist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daytoday kitchen operationsEnsure food quality and portion control standards are metCollaborate with the team to develop new grill dishes inspired by Mediterranean traditionsMonitor equipment and report maintenance needsRequirements:Proven experience as a Grill Chef ideally in a Mediterranean or upscale restaurantStrong understanding of grilling techniques and timingKnowledge of ingredients and spices commonly used in Mediterranean cuisineAbility to work in a fastpaced highpressure kitchenTeam player with a positive attitude and strong communication skillsCulinary certification or relevant training is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
