Position: Demi Chef De Partie for Cold KitchenWe are currently seeking a talented Demi Chef De Partie to join at a 4 Star Hotel Dubai United Arab Emirates.Job Overview:As a Demi Chef De Partie you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in the daily operations of the Cold kitchen. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food is prepared and presented to our guests.Key Responsibilities:Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or 3 - 4 years experience as a Commis in a hotel.Strong knowledge of Cold kitchen.Expertise in preparing Arabic dishes according to recipes and standardsExcellent Plating and presentation skillsStrong supervisory and communication skillsAwareness of all menu items their recipes methods of production and presentation standardsTotal Salary Package:AED 3500-4000/-Additional Benefits:Meals on duty Residence Visa Medical Insurance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
