This role supports the Pastry leadership team in delivering consistent high-quality pastry products while maintaining Hilton standards of food safety cleanliness and operational excellence.What will I be doingAs a Demi Chef de Partie Pastry you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Prepare and present pastry items to Hilton and Conrad Dubai quality standardsAssist in supervising and guiding Commis Chefs and junior team membersEnsure all mise-en-place is prepared accurately for relevant menusMaintain high standards of cleanliness organization and food safety ensuring no cross-contaminationEnsure all food items are of good quality and stored correctlyAssist in responding positively to guest feedback and operational requirementsSupport food cost control through portion control and waste reductionMaintain effective working relationships across kitchen and hotel departmentsAssist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in training Team Members in line with company proceduresReport maintenance hygiene and safety issues in a timely mannerComply with hotel security fire regulations and all health safety and food safety legislationDemonstrate environmental awareness and sustainable kitchen practicesRequired ExperienceIC#J-18808-Ljbffr
