We currently operate Jar Elwared a Lebanese restaurant rated 4.5 on Talabat and Lucas an Italian restaurant with 9 branches and a 4.33 rating on Hunger Station.We have a central kitchen that supplies food to all the restaurants. Candidates interested to join our team must have experience and willingness to work in a busy environment.Your responsibilitiesSupport Chef de Partie or Sous Chefin the daily operation and workTo assist chef de partie in preparing food according to the requirements or recipes or standards, and the specifications for his department.Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rulesControl food stock and food cost in your sectionPrepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellitesFollow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasksEnsure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniquesInstruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirements in food preparation and actively take part in set up of buffets and special functionsCoordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost controlYou should haveMinimum 4 years of experience in a high volume food service facility required.Good communication and interpersonal skillsPositive AttitudeFlexibilityGreat attention to details and creativityYou must beAvailable locally (in Saudi) with a Transferable Visa.BenefitsPaid leaveHealth InsuranceCareer Development and TrainingEmployee Recognition & RewardsDiversity and Inclusion#J-18808-Ljbffr
