The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of baking techniques, pastry arts, and flavor profiles.The successful candidate will work closely with the executive pastry chef and assist in daily pastry operations, bringing creativity and attention to detail in every dessert prepared.ResponsibilitiesPrepare a variety of baked products including pastries, cakes, cookies, and breadsAssist in the design and creation of new dessert recipesMonitor food stock and place orders as necessaryEnsure all baked goods are prepared and presented to the highest standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery sectionCollaborate with the team to ensure timely service and meet customer expectationsComply with health and safety regulations in the kitchenTrain and mentor junior kitchen staff when necessaryProven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie - Bakery & Pastry or similar role in a bakery and pastry environmentStrong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry artsCreativity and ability to create new dessert recipesAttention to detail and presentationAbility to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentCulinary school diploma specializing in pastry and baking is preferredBasic Monthly Salary: AED 2800 to 3600 depending on experience + 375 Food allowance + 250 to 450 (Service charge Avg) + 600 Credit card tips + cash tips + free Accommodation + Transport + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket ( once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws#J-18808-Ljbffr
