This role translates commercial strategies, product launches, promotions, and market dynamics into an unbiased, data-driven demand plan to enable optimal supply, inventory management, and service levels.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><p><b>Strategic Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Establish and govern the demand planning framework across markets and channels.</li><li>Drive forecast accuracy, reduce bias, and enhance planning discipline.</li><li>Act as the business owner of demand inputs within the S&OP cycle.</li></ul><p><b>Technical Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Develop SKU-level forecasts by market using statistical models and market intelligence.</li><li>Integrate product launches, promotions, tender pipelines, and lifecycle management into demand plans.</li><li>Conduct scenario planning and demand risk assessments.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales Operations and Commercial teams to validate assumptions and demand phasing.</li><li>Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and demand volatility metrics.</li></ul><p><b>Administrative Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead demand planning process development and performance management.</li><li>Prepare executive demand reviews and KPI dashboards.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate reporting of demand planning activities.</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum 5-7 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting.</li></ul><h3>Knowledge&Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong supply chain and industry knowledge.</li><li>Expertise in production planning and forecasting methodologies.</li><li>Strong statistical and analytical capabilities.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Materials management knowledge.</li><li>Reporting and presentation skills.</li><li>Leadership and team motivation capability.</li><li>Cost consciousness and results orientation.</li><li>Strong time management and attention to detail.</li></ul><h3>Languages</h3><h3>About the company</h3><p>SAJA Pharmaceuticals</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
