Delivery Manager

<div><p>We are looking for a Delivery Manager for a FTE position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to join our team at Globant!</p><p>The Delivery Manager solutioning role aims to identify the potential and cultivate the career path of those digital studio members (Product, Design, Data, Cloud, Scalable, etc) that share a willingness to:</p><ul><li>Actively participate in the high quality delivery of solutions for our clients,</li><li>Executive thought leadership and aid in decision making,</li><li>Co-creation (feasibility analysis and alternatives design) and the integration of off the shelf solutions with customized implementations,</li><li>Executive management of dependencies and risks, and</li><li>Managing our client’s business impact.</li></ul><h3>Capabilities</h3><h3>Project Leadership and integral delivery responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Approach projects holistically, owning and driving end-to-end delivery of solutions.</li><li>Lead execution of key enterprise initiatives by forming collaborative partnerships with colleagues across businesses and functional areas.</li><li>Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in relevant areas (e.g., Digital Transformation, AI, Blockchain, etc.)</li><li>Manage client governance and communication processes.</li></ul><h3>Solutioning: Thought Leadership&Advisory</h3><ul><li>Frame and analyze complex problems.</li><li>Assess areas of opportunity, in line with overall vision and strategy.</li><li>Develop pragmatic solutions to key strategic and operational issues.</li><li>Create and deliver compelling recommendations and presentations to senior client leadership, aligned to audience and purpose</li><li>Play a key role in informing and influencing senior client decision making.</li><li>Lead, coach and influence top management (CEO, COO, CIO) from a variety of company types (large organizations, disruptive start-ups)</li><li>Define and successfully execute a transformation program while upholding business KPIs.</li></ul><h3>Be a Commercial Market Expert</h3><ul><li>Proactively participate in the clear mission and vision for client programs.</li><li>Proactively participate in the creation of a viable go to market strategy given the competitive landscape.</li><li>Proactively participate in the measurement of industry&business specific KPIs.</li></ul><h3>Desired Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Engineering Bachelor’s degree required, or advanced degree strongly preferred.</li><li>10+ years of experience in Delivery Management</li><li>5+ years experience in a consulting firm or similar consulting capacity.</li><li>Strong English communications skills.</li><li>Outstanding critical thinking, analytical and quantitative abilities.</li><li>Strong communication skills including experience in developing C-suite presentations.</li><li>Experience in structuring&delivering technology strategy projects</li><li>Broad understanding of current technology practices (Agile, Cloud Computing/SaaS, Enterprise Data Management, etc.)</li><li>Collaborative work style / leadership presence.</li><li>Ability to effectively interact with&earn trust of peers and senior management across the organization.</li><li>Strong project and process management skills, including proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Executive presence: self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to the work, and a passion to deliver results.</li><li>Storytelling: can use narratives to create an emotional connection with clients.</li><li>Open minded and respectful of various points of view and beliefs.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
