Join us to be part of a team that solves complex data challenges with creativity and cutting-edge technology.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead with deep expertise in the Oil & Gas domain to provide strategic advisory and lead end-to-end delivery for digital transformation initiatives. This role involves aligning business processes with IT solutions, driving innovation, and ensuring successful execution of complex programs. The candidate must be ready to relocate to Doha.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert-level advisory support to align Oil & Gas business processes with digital and IT solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution requirements, business use cases, and operational models.Drive domain-specific best practices, standards, and innovation strategies for project implementation.Participate in architecture design reviews, platform selections, and solution blueprinting.Support functional teams with insights into Oil & Gas workflows, regulatory requirements, and performance metrics.Validate solution configurations, business rules, and data flows to ensure alignment with industry benchmarks.Contribute to knowledge transfer, capability development, and stakeholder enablement sessions.Work across project delivery, business analysis, and vendor management functions as a strategic advisor.Lead overall program/project execution for ensuring timelines, budgets, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.Manage Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, dependency mapping, and change request handling.Coordinate workstreams involving embedded firmware, AI/ML pipelines, cloud services, and regulatory documentation.Serve as the single point of accountability for internal teams and client delivery leads.Track and mitigate risks, manage RAID logs, and ensure proactive escalation and resolution of delivery blockers.Monitor traceability from user needs to validation artifacts to ensure audit readiness and compliance documentation.Collaborate with domain SMEs, architects, QA leads, and business analysts to ensure functional and technical completeness.Conduct regular client-facing meetings, sprint demos, roadmap updates, and steering committee presentations.Maintain release cadence and ensure documentation for design controls, V&V, and change management.Required Skills & ExperienceExtensive experience in IT delivery leadership roles within the Oil & Gas domain.Strong understanding of digital transformation, , AI/ML platforms.Expertise in Agile methodologies and multi-vendor coordination.Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit readiness in Oil & Gas projects.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Willingness to relocate to Doha.Preferred QualificationsPMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications.Knowledge of Middle East enterprise culture and regulatory frameworks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
