Required Skills and Qualifications: - Experience: 15-20 years in technology delivery roles, managing large-scale projects and teams. - Development Background: Significant experience in software development with hands-on coding experience in relevant technologies. - Project Management Skills: Strong skills in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Trello. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
