OverviewWe’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic B2B team. In this role, you will act as the key link between clients, warehouse, and delivery teams — ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate order fulfillment. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of the delivery process from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for coordinating deliveries between clients, warehouse, and delivery teamsSchedule and manage deliveries based on each client’s specific requirements (gate passes, special handling, restricted delivery windows, etc.)Provide clients with accurate and timely updates on order status and delivery schedulesVerify invoices and all required paperwork before dispatchEnsure compliance with client-specific procedures, including handling of major accounts such as AramcoQuickly identify and resolve logistical issues during order fulfillmentCoordinate closely with internal teams to ensure on-time and accurate deliveriesContinuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfactionRequirementsProven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain, or a similar role (preferably in a B2B environment)Strong organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deliveries and client requirementsProactive mindset with strong problem-solving skillsExperience handling Aramco deliveries is a strong advantageExcellent communication skills and ability to work independently#J-18808-Ljbffr
