We are looking for an experiencedAutomotive Debt Collectorresponsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers related to vehicle purchases, financing, and commercial accounts. The role requires strong negotiation skills, field collection experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers while maintaining professional relationships.The ideal candidate should have experience incommercial debt collection within the automotive industryand must possess avalid driving licenseto conduct field visits and follow-ups with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesConductfield and office-based collection activitiesfor outstanding customer accounts.Follow up with customers regardingoverdue payments related to vehicle sales, financing, and commercial accounts.Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement plans with customers.Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment commitments, and account status.Coordinate with thefinance and sales departmentsregarding outstanding receivables.Visit customers when required to discuss overdue accounts and facilitate payment collection.Ensure all collection activities are conducted in line withcompany policies and legal regulations.Prepare regularcollection reports and updatesfor management.SkillsRequirementsMinimum2–4 years of experience in debt collection , preferably in theautomotive or commercial sector.Experience handlingcommercial accounts and overdue payments.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to manage difficult conversations with customers professionally.Good knowledge ofcollection procedures and payment recovery strategies.Valid driving license is mandatory.Familiarity with the Qatar market is an advantage.Preferred SkillsCustomer negotiation and conflict resolutionAccount follow-up and recovery managementReporting and documentationRelationship management
