Job DetailsThe American University in the Emirates (AUE) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to serve as Dean of the College of Health Sciences (CHS). This senior leadership position is critical in providing strategic, academic, and administrative leadership to the college. The Dean will ensure academic excellence, foster research and innovation, and build strong partnerships with healthcare organizations, government entities, accreditation bodies, and industry stakeholders.PurposeThe Dean provides visionary leadership for the College of Health Sciences by collaborating with faculty, senior university leadership, healthcare industries, government sectors, and community partners to advance education, research, and professional practice in health sciences.SummaryThe Dean of the College of Health Sciences is the chief academic and administrative officer of the college.
