Job Description As a Deals Corporate Finance professional at PwC, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your role involves helping clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. In addition, you will analyze financial data, conduct due diligence, and assist in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Key Responsibilities: - Work on and deliver Deals Corporate Finance related requests by using appropriate research sources - Support preparation of marketing materials, management presentations, and financial models - Analyze financials for quantitative research around financial statements and valuation multiples - Prepare company profiles, industry and economic overviews - Identify target/buyer companies and comparable transactions - Organize research findings into meaningful deliverables - Provide input on best practices and process optimization opportunities - Manage and contribute to the development of junior staff Qualifications Required: - Ability to analyze and anticipate client requests - Good reasoning and analytical ability - Capable of designing new research approaches - Good working knowledge of databases such as CapitalIQ and ThomsonOne - Proficiency in MS Office tools - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Self-motivated and capable of working independently and in a team - Proven project and time management skills - Ability to multitask and reprioritize tasks effectively - Takes responsibility for assigned tasks and ensures timely completion to a high standard - Contributes to the effective working of the team Education/Qualifications: - CA/CA-Inter/CFA/MBA/Bachelor or masters degree in commerce - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field Additional Details: At PwC, we focus on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring others, and deepening technical expertise.
