We deliver insights and solutions that enable clients to create, protect, and realise value throughout the deal lifecycle.Business Unit OverviewThe Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team is part of Deals Strategy & Operations. We focus on operational integration and value creation across the transaction lifecycle, including pre‑deal due diligence, synergy assessment, carve‑outs, integration planning, and post‑deal performance improvement. Our goal is to help clients unlock maximum value from their transactions.HowYou’llContributeAs a Deals Manager in Delivering Deal Value team, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead post‑merger integrations, identifying synergies, and value creation opportunitiesProvide strategic and operational advice across the deal lifecycle, from strategy design to post‑deal executionConduct commercial due diligence, feasibility studies, and market assessments, particularly in the Financial Services sectorDrive the development of operating models for banking and fintech clients, including digital banking solutionsAct as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, project delivery, and expectationsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape client strategies and deliver sustained outcomesWhatYou’llBring6+ years of experience in M&A, consulting, or advisory roles within a large organization preferably in the Financial Services sectorIn‑depth knowledge of the Financial Services industry, including banking (especially digital banking) and fintech (e.g., payments)Experience in the execution and program management of post‑merger integrations / carve‑outs ranging from large scale acquisitions and disposals to smaller scale transactionsDemonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success in managerial roles providing transaction‑related services such as operational due diligence, post‑merger integration, carve‑out or operational turnaround to large company and private equity fund clientsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and drive project delivery end‑to‑endProficiency with the full consulting toolkit (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel) and a self‑starter attitudeArabic speaking would be considered an assetYour flexibility to travel 40‑60% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required.
