This role requires a deep understanding of Datacenter infrastructure, technical design capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects & stakeholders simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key datacenter owners, operators, consultants, and specifiers to position Legrand as a trusted partner for mission‑critical infrastructure solutions.Specification Development & Project Influence: Drive inclusion of Legrand solutions in datacenter design specifications by engaging consultants, securing vendor approvals, and ensuring compliance with technical requirements.Business Development & Market Intelligence: Identify and pursue new datacenter projects and opportunities by monitoring market trends, upcoming developments, and client needs to maximize Legrand’s share of specifications.Technical Expertise & Training: Deliver technical presentations, assist stakeholders with specification, design assistance and organize training sessions for consultants, contractors, as well as end‑users to strengthen awareness of Legrand’s datacenter solutions portfolio.Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, and technical teams to support project execution and successful closing of orders, ensuring Legrand solutions are positioned competitively and specifications are converted into orders.CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of key accounts, projects, and specifications in Salesforce, ensuring timely updates and actionable insights for business growth.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management and specification development in the Datacenter segment within the UAE.Knowledge of Datacenter standards (Uptime / TIA‑942) and industry standards.Required Skills & CompetenciesDatacenter Knowledge: Strong understanding of datacenter infrastructure, power distribution, cooling, and connectivity solutions.Design Knowledge: Work with end users and consultants by pre‑sales/pretender engagement to specify by design with Legrand solutions.
