DataBusiness Analyst

Job Summary: Business/Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that drive strategic decisionmaking. The Analyst will translate business questions into analytical frameworks develop compelling data visualizations and communicate findings effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking technical proficiency (including coding skills) and strong communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify key trends patterns and anomalies.Apply statistical techniques (e.g. regression analysis hypothesis testing A/B testing) to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (Google Data Studio) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance.Create compelling visualizations that effectively communicate data insights to a wide range of audiences.Automate report generation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.Ensure data accuracy and integrity in dashboards and business questions into analytical frameworks and define data requirements.Analyze data to identify opportunities for business improvement and cost savings.Develop and maintain scripts for data cleaning transformation and analysis.Synthesize complex data insights into clear concise and actionable recommendations.Present findings to stakeholders through presentations reports and interactive dashboards.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide datadriven solutions. Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.More than 12 years of experience in a data analysis business intelligence or related role.Knowledge of data management and database systems.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Organizational and time management skills.
