Our objective is to onboard the best-in-class global vendors and to provide end-to-end technology and professional solutions to our reseller channel base.We partner with reputable global vendors in the technology industry, which include Avaya, Asus, Canon, Western Digital, SanDisk, LG, Seagate, MSI and ASRock as well as other strategic partners whose relationship with the group has strengthened over the past 5 years.We are dedicated to serving our customers by providing end-to-end products and solutions that support specific business demands.Keyston operations commence from Dubai and expand across the GCC region and Iraq with future to expand to other markets.About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive Intern to support our sales team in building a structured database, with some knowledge of databases, CRM management, and direct marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to collect required information from individuals or organizations.Attend AI Trade ShowsCompile and organize collected information into structured databases (Excel/CRM)Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness.Update and maintain existing database.Prepare daily/weekly reports on calling progress and data collectionEnsure data confidentiality and compliance with company policiesRequired QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT or any technology-related field, or a tech-savvy individual.Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Basic understanding of databases, data entry processes, and data organization.Familiarity with CRM systems and basic database management.Basic understanding of direct marketing and customer data management.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Prior tele-calling, sales support, or customer service experience is an advantage.About Application ProcessIf you meet the criteria and you are enthusiastic about the role, we would welcome your application.Tocomplete the application you would need the following document(s):#J-18808-Ljbffr
