<div><p>🚀We're Hiring | IT Database Administrator</p><p>📍UAE - Sharjah | Government Sector | Full-Time</p><p>Dautom Information Technology Consultants is sourcing an experienced IT Database Administrator for a leading UAE government digital transformation authority.</p><p>This is not a routine DBA role.</p><p>Our client's roadmap is firmly cloud-forward, and they're looking for someone who has actively worked as a Cloud DBA on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaC@C) — not just those with on-prem Oracle experience.</p><h3>What You'll Be Doing</h3><ul><li>Administer Oracle&MSSQL databases across on-prem and OCI cloud environments</li><li>Operate and manage ExaC@C (Exadata Cloud at Customer) deployments</li><li>Manage High Availability&DR: AlwaysOn, Data Guard, Oracle RAC</li><li>Design and execute backup/recovery strategies (RMAN, Data Pump, OCI Object Storage)</li><li>Automate database operations using scripts and OCI-native tools</li><li>Provide L2/L3 support and work closely with application&infrastructure teams</li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>7+ years of DBA experience (MSSQL + Oracle)</li><li>Hands-on Cloud DBA experience on OCI — mandatory</li><li>Practical ExaC@C exposure (Smart Scan, storage cell management) — mandatory</li><li>Strong in T‑SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning</li><li>Experience with OCI-native services: DBCS, Exadata Cloud Service, Autonomous DB, OCI Data Safe</li><li>Oracle OCP Certified; OCI Certified Database Professional — strongly preferred</li><li>Understanding of ITIL practices and government-grade security compliance</li></ul><h3>Why This Role?</h3><ul><li>Work at the heart of a government digital infrastructure programme</li><li>Lead-edge Oracle cloud stack — OCI + ExaC@C at enterprise scale</li><li>Stable, long-term government engagement</li><li>UAE — competitive tax-free package</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
