Job Description As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for planning computerized databases, including defining the base structure, documentation, operational guidelines, and security measures. Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data in master files and support tools, such as base dictionaries. You will establish and maintain security and integrity controls, while also formulating and monitoring policies, procedures, and standards related to database management. Your proactive approach will include proposing and implementing enhancements to improve system performance and reliability.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Having 3-5 years of experience as an MS SQL DBA.
- Working on 24x7 Production support for MS SQL Server versions 2012, 2014, 2016, 2017, and 2019.
- Installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting SQL Server versions.
- Upgrading SQL Server versions to the latest ones.
- Creating and maintaining databases.
- Configuring and managing all types of Database Backups and Recovery operations.
- Handling configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of REPLICATION and Disaster Recovery activities.
- Providing day-to-day support to identify root causes of production problems.
- Resolving PERFORMANCE TUNING related issues effectively.

- Proficiency in SSIS will be beneficial for this role.
