Job Description Role Overview: As a Data Services Analyst II reporting to a Data Services Manager, your main responsibility will be to analyze business information from a marketing and sales perspective to ensure that ZoomInfo maintains the highest quality data products for its customers. You will need to showcase the value of ZoomInfo data through problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and data deliverables. The ideal candidate will be a data expert who can effectively communicate, solve complex data issues, and has a strong understanding of the importance of the data provided by ZoomInfo. Key Responsibilities: - Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization techniques to interpret data and support data-driven decision-making processes - Utilize technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and business knowledge to deliver customized datasets that meet or exceed client expectations - Proactively improve processes and methods for data collection and aggregation - Develop innovative solutions to challenges when faced with limited information availability - Gain a comprehensive understanding of all ZoomInfo data, applications, and tools - Create and update documentation on internal and client-facing business processes - Enhance internal processes to better cater to client requirements - Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency - Define business requirements and document rules and logic for client implementations - Effectively solve qualitative problems and communicate solutions to various audiences - Assist clients in maximizing the benefits of their ZoomInfo partnership through best practices, innovative thinking, and process enhancement Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in a technology-related role - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/analytical field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics - Proficiency in SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel (including formulas and pivot tables), and data analysis/visualization tools - Familiarity with Tableau, Spark, Snowflake, or similar technologies is preferred - Demonstrated track record in technology delivery, process improvement, data governance, and/or client services - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills - Resourceful with a proactive attitude - Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills (Note: The additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description.)
