Data Scientist AI & Advanced Analytics

Job Description As a Data Scientist specializing in AI & Advanced Analytics, you will play a crucial role in leading various analytical activities and model development to solve complex business challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include: Lead feature engineering, hypothesis testing, A/B and multivariate testing, uplift modeling, and causal inference to establish clear attribution of impact. Apply tree-based methods (XGBoost/LightGBM), time-series (forecasting, survival/churn), clustering/segmentation, recommendation/ranking, and NLP analytics (intent classification, NER, topic modeling, embedding-based similarity). Build batch/streaming scoring pipelines, leverage feature stores, and implement continuous monitoring for data drift, model drift, and performance. Maintain model documentation, explainability, bias/fairness assessment, and align with regulatory expectations for insurance/health. Build, test, deliver, and maintain robust data science and AI models. Embed the highest standards of AI ethics and responsible AI in all phases of model development and deployment. Influence and translate strategic business objectives into actionable data science requirements; drive stakeholder adoption and change management. Drive ideation and delivery of advanced analytics and AI solutions within the health vertical, especially on AI-based conversational chatbots. Lead the design, development, and optimization of intelligent chatbots and conversational agents. Continuously explore and implement best-in-class solutions in Generative and Agentic AI. Partner closely with Engineering, Product, UX, Risk/Compliance, Operations, and channel teams to plan, ship, and iterate analytics solutions. You should possess expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Python, SQL, PySpark, and NLP to excel in this role.
