Job Description As a Data Science Analyst at S&C Global Network in the Health Analytics practice, you will be part of an innovative team dedicated to transforming customer interactions through data-driven intelligence in the Contact Center domain. Your role will involve optimizing contact center operations by leveraging machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, and advanced analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing customer conversations and predicting user behavior. - Enhancing self-service capabilities to reduce call transfers and improve satisfaction. - Building conversational AI models, real-time recommendation systems, and predictive analytics solutions. - Integrating AI-driven insights with marketing strategies for proactive customer engagement and personalized experiences. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field with 2+ years of experience, OR - Bachelors degree in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field with 3+ years of experience. - Strong ability to extract strategic insights from large data sets. - Proficiency in Statistical (forecasting/modeling, optimization models), Machine Learning (GBM, Decision Trees), and AI techniques (Deep Learning). - Experience with data handling suites such as PYTHON, Spark, SQL, or similar packages. - Excellent written and oral communication skills for effectively communicating ideas and results to non-technical audiences. - Aptitude for quantitative analysis in the context of marketing and business economics. - Familiarity with Visualization tools like Tableau, POWER BI, etc. If you are passionate about applying data science to solve real-world customer experience challenges and driving strategic initiatives to create value-driven solutions, this opportunity is for you!
