Job Description Role Overview: You will support ANZ in operating within Data Risk boundaries by adhering to established frameworks, policies, and standards. Your role involves managing data risk effectively, enabling monitoring, evaluating, and guiding overall data risk-related activities with ANZ to promote accountability, transparency, compliance, and alignment with strategic and regulatory requirements. You will work on Data Management Risk scope and collaborate with Data Risk Managers to design and deliver meaningful reporting capabilities to communicate data risk insights appropriately. Additionally, you will enable oversight of Critical Data Governance, ongoing reporting of progress towards 'well-governed' CDEs, reporting and oversight of data quality issues management process, execution of observability for active monitoring of policy violations, ongoing compliance monitoring of adherence to data policies, associated standards, and enable risk appetite metrics for upwards reporting. You will also provide support to wider Data Risk team initiatives when required. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver meaningful reporting capabilities for data risk insights - Enable oversight of Critical Data Governance and reporting of progress towards 'well-governed' CDEs - Execute observability for active monitoring of policy violations - Monitor ongoing compliance with data policies and standards - Enable risk appetite metrics for upwards reporting Qualifications Required: - At least 2-3 years of proven experience within Risk, Regulatory, Business, or Operations environments - Proven experience in business analysis and data analysis, designing processes, and leading user-testing - Experience collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders - Knowledge of ANZ data governance frameworks and processes - Understanding of Non-Financial Risk (e.g., I.AM Amplified) Program Non-Financial Risk Framework - Agile skills (use of JIRA, delivery to sprints, etc) - Flexibility and adaptability Additional Company Details: It is expected that all employees behave in a way that aligns with ANZ's Purpose, Code of Conduct, and Values.
