Job Description
Job Description As an Insights Data Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for providing operational and analytical support for the Enterprise Feedback Management Platform and other market research capabilities. Your role will involve shaping business decisions and improving consumer and customer experience through data analysis and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with insights consultants and business stakeholders to understand the available data and provide strategic insights
- Design and build insight-driven research studies, reports, and dashboards for real-time access to customer feedback
- Synthesize complex data to create meaningful visual presentations aligned with business objectives
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and data analysis using querying and data visualization tools
- Perform quality assurance on reporting and dashboard deliverables to ensure data and analysis quality
- Extract, analyze, and utilize data to build surveys, dashboards, reports, and business cases for continuous improvement efforts
- Monitor customer feedback dashboards to identify trends and perform deep dive analysis
- Help improve team efficiency and processes to better meet business partner needs
- Translate data into meaningful insights to answer business questions with a consultancy mindset
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a demonstrated capacity
- Preferably have Agile experience
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in customer feedback or survey analytics statistical analysis
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Math, Analytics, or BI-related field
- Some experience with building reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau
- Some experience using R, Python, SPSS, or similar tools for statistical analysis
- Extensive experience in creating reports, visualizations, and dashboards for different audiences
- Degree in marketing, business, statistics, mathematics, finance, computer science, engineering, or economics
- 3-5 years of working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst is valued
- Tableau, DOMO, or Power BI certification
- JavaScript experience would be a plus
- Experience working with customer experience platforms like Medallia and Qualtrics
- Experience working with or in support of a CX/VoC Team

This is a hybrid position that involves performing job responsibilities virtually and in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
