For more information, visit www.tcs.com and follow TCS news at @TCS_News.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesRegulatory Compliance & GovernanceEnsure full compliance with Saudi PDPL, implementing regulations, and sector specific guidance.Act as the primary liaison with SDAIA and other Saudi regulators on Personal data protection matters.Develop and maintain enterprise-wide Data Protection & Privacy Framework aligned with national regulations and Public Investment Fund governance expectations.Establish and maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPA). Privacy by Design & DPIAEmbed Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default across EV product development, digital platforms, and manufacturing systems.Lead and approve Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for:Telematics and mobility platforms.Customer apps and portals.HR, vendor, and supplier systems.Advise engineering and product teams on lawful data use in AI, analytics, and automation.Data Subject Rights & Incident ManagementDefine and oversee processes for:Data subject access, correction, and deletion requests.Consent management and lawful processing.Lead response to personal data breaches, including:Incident assessment.Regulatory notification.Executive and board reporting.Coordinate with cybersecurity and legal teams during investigations. Third-Party & Cross-Border Data Management.Review and approve data protection clauses in vendor, supplier, and partner contracts.Oversee cross-border data transfers, ensuring lawful mechanisms and approvals. Assess privacy risks in cloud platforms, SaaS tools, and connected-vehicle ecosystems. Training, Awareness & Culture.Build a strong privacy-aware culture across the organization.Conduct regular training for executives, engineers, manufacturing teams, and HR.Provide executive-level briefings to the Board and senior leadership on data protection risks and maturity.Thank you for your interest in applying for this position with TCS.
