Data Products Analyst

Job Description Role Overview: JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Commercial Banking division. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Data Analytics and Technology (DAT) organization, utilizing the firm's data assets to provide insights, drive strategic decisions, enhance efficiencies, and support client goals. Key Responsibilities: - Influence product strategy and delivery by analyzing internal/external data sources and user behavior - Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Data Scientists, and Technology Professionals for product development - Define and monitor key performance indicators - Participate in Agile ceremonies for project delivery - Document and present findings to senior management stakeholders Qualifications Required: - BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience - Minimum 4 years of data analysis experience, including statistical analysis, database querying (SQL or noSQL), and machine learning - Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Qlik, matplotlib, etc. - Problem-solving skills and experience in managing client/stakeholder demands - Familiarity with big data, data management, project management, and communication - Preferred: Experience in Financial Services, knowledge of cloud data services, graph databases, and data management best practices JPMorgan Chase & Co. fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values individual perspectives and continuous improvement in processes.
