Data & Product Analyst

Job Description Role Overview: As the India data and product analyst at Nord Anglia Education, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the adoption, use, and change of identified applications required by each school. Your responsibilities will include resolving incidents in the production environment promptly and building data pipelines to transform raw, unstructured data into usable formats for analysis. Additionally, you will create reports for stakeholders and establish effective working relationships with the support team and contacts throughout NAE. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate adoption, use, and change of identified applications at each school - Resolve incidents in the production environment promptly - Build data pipelines to transform raw data into usable formats for analysis - Create reports for stakeholders - Establish effective working relationships with the support team and contacts throughout NAE Qualifications Required: - Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as scrum (CSM) - Knowledge of databases including SQL and MySQL - Proficiency in Power BI - Experience in stakeholder management - Strong scripting language skills - Analytical and data-driven mindset to inform product decisions Company Details: Nord Anglia Education is the world's leading premium schools organization with a family of 61 schools united by a common philosophy of being ambitious for students, people, and schools.
